   I really love the way that they take the time to explain and share information in regards to either what’s happening on this visit or what’s recommended for the next and help you map out the timing. I also really appreciate the ongoing communication while my car is in the shop. Seems to be a great team that works nicely together.

   We were at rhe lake for the weekend. Pur truck and an unexpected event occur making unsafe to drive. Many recommendations came to call here so we did and we are beyond thankful. We called at 8am on Sat when they opened but call when to voicemail.  We would try back in a few but Matt called us back immediately and asked what was needed.  2 hours later they were assessing the situation,  making calls all over to try to get the parts needed to make it drivable for us to get home to no avail. Keith said they can get the parts and fix it this week and lent us a car to get us home! I honestly was speechless at first. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. We thought we were going to have to call out of work and figure this all out a different way. We will use them anytime we have an issue and will definitely  recommend them to our entire family who come up as well.

   Needed a tire changed and mounted while in from out of town. Matt very kindly slotted us in and the mechanic gave the suspension a look as well, pointing out some repairs that were needed soon. Got us back on the road quicker than I hoped. Next time I'm in the area, I'm bringing back donuts. Thanks, Matt & Crew!

   We are in from out of state and needed a tire change. We had the tires, needed them switched and they let me know of any issues (of which I knew already, but happy they said anything). Matt was super friendly, knowledgeable and upfront with it all. Super place to stop and will be back if we are in the area needing something!

   Made an appointment after a very professional phone call to repair my family’s boat. They were going to pick up my trailer and boat but they were a no show. I called 3 times and left messages but received no response to this day. The lack of professionalism is very disappointing.

   These guys are the best. Always friendly,  with quick service and fair prices. The work they have done on my cars has always been great. If you haven't given them a try, I would highly recommend. Finding a trustworthy local mechanic is an absolute necessity in VT and I feel very lucky that they were suggested by a friend.
